1. About me

These terms apply to all services, programmes and products provided by Christine Elizabeth, trading as Feng Shui – Life, Styled, a certified Flying Stars Feng Shui practitioner and Energy Design Consultant based in the UK and working with clients worldwide.

By purchasing, you confirm you are 18 or over and accept these terms and my Privacy Policy. What's included in each offer is set out on its sales page or proposal, which forms part of these terms.

2. Payment

Payment is taken online through Stripe and is due before work begins. Where a payment plan is offered, it is a commitment to the full price, even if you stop using the service. If a payment fails and isn't settled within [7] days, access may be paused until it is. For one-to-one services, the balance must be paid before final deliverables are released, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Your right to cancel

If you are buying for personal use, you can cancel within 14 days of purchase by emailing me. If you ask me to start within those 14 days and then cancel, you'll be refunded minus a proportionate amount for what has already been delivered. For recorded courses, the Vault and digital products, your right to cancel ends once you consent to immediate access and access is given. Refunds are made within 14 days to your original payment method.

Business clients do not have a statutory right to cancel. See the relevant section below.

4. Rescheduling

You may reschedule a call once with at least 48 hours' notice. Later changes or missed calls may be treated as delivered. In genuine emergencies, please let me know and I'll always consider your circumstances. If I need to reschedule, I'll offer a new time or a refund for that session.

5. One-to-one services (Immerse, Align, analysis and add-ons)

Please provide your intake information within 3 weeks of purchase. Your report will be delivered within approximately 2 weeks of receiving everything required. If nothing is received within 3 months, I may close your order, refunding you minus any work already done. Included calls and email support must be used within the timeframe on your sales page. After your 14-day cancellation period, Immerse is non-refundable. Business clients may cancel within 7 days for a full refund if work hasn't begun.

6. Group programmes and courses (Embody, Restories and future programmes)

Group programmes run for 4 to 6 weeks, with a live call and supporting work each week. All programme materials are released on enrolment, and once you've accessed them, they're non-refundable. If you're within 14 days of purchase, you may cancel the live element, with a refund for any live sessions not yet delivered. After that, places are non-refundable and non-transferable. Missed sessions don't entitle you to a refund, as recordings are provided. If I cancel a programme, you can choose a full refund or a place on the next round.

Group guidelines: calls are recorded and shared with members (you're welcome to keep your camera off). What others share stays within the group. Please don't record, screenshot or share calls or posts, and treat every member with respect. I may remove anyone who doesn't, without a refund.

7. The Energy Design Method Vault

Vault access lasts 12 months from purchase, is for you alone, and does not renew automatically renew. You will be invited to renew before each renewal. Content may be added, updated or retired over time. Price increases apply to new purchases and renewals only. The Vault is a learning resource, not a certification.

8. Energy Design Certification for Interior Designers

The Certification is for business clients. You may cancel within 14 days for a full refund if you haven't accessed the materials; after that, fees are non-refundable. Existing Vault members are credited for what they've paid. This is a private certification, not an externally accredited qualification. Once certified, you may use the title "Energy Design Expert" in line with the guidelines provided, but may not teach the methodology or suggest wider endorsement. I may withdraw the Certification if it is misrepresented. You are responsible for your own client work and insurance.

9. The nature of my work

My work is rooted in Flying Stars Feng Shui and my Energy Design methodology. Every person and space is different, so specific outcomes can't be guaranteed. My services are educational and advisory, and are not therapy, coaching, or medical, psychological, financial, legal or structural advice. Recommendations rely on the accuracy of the information you provide, and you are responsible for implementing them safely, including using qualified tradespeople where needed.

10. Liability

I provide all services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that can't legally be limited, and your statutory rights are not affected. I'm not liable for losses that weren't reasonably foreseeable, or for business clients' loss of profit or indirect losses. My total liability is limited to the price you paid.

11. Confidentiality and AI

Everything you share is treated in strict confidence and handled in line with my Privacy Policy. I use AI tools, including Claude and ChatGPT, to support research, drafting and organisation. Every recommendation you receive is reviewed and approved by me, and I remain fully responsible for it. I minimise the personal information shared with AI, use settings that prevent it being used for training, and never use AI to make significant decisions about you. If you'd prefer AI not to be used with your information, just let me know.

12. Intellectual property

All materials I provide, including reports, handbooks, course content, recordings and the Energy Design methodology, belong to me. You may use them for your own home, business or personal development, but may not copy, share, sell or teach from them without my written permission. I'll never share your name, home, images or story without your consent.

13. Everything else

If I'm prevented from delivering by something outside my control, I'll agree a new timescale or refund anything not delivered. Complaints can be emailed to me and will be acknowledged within [5] working days. Updates to these terms apply to future purchases only. If any part of these terms is invalid, the rest still applies. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers in Scotland or Northern Ireland may use their local courts, and consumers outside the UK keep the protections of their own country's law.
