  1. Introduction:

    1.1 Welcome to Christine Elizabeth (Feng Shui Lifestyled), an online Feng Shui company, specialising in Flying Stars Feng Shui based in the UK and operating globally. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below.

  2. Global Online Services:

    2.1 We provide Feng Shui services globally, catering to residential and commercial spaces around the world.

    2.2 Services are conducted remotely, unless otherwise agreed.

    2.3 It is the clients responsibility to provide accurate floor plans and other relevant information necessary for comprehensive analysis’ and this is a requirement of all services.

  3. Consultation Process:

    3.1 Our certified Flying Stars Feng Shui practitioners conduct remote services specifically relating to the details of the property provided by the client.

    3.2 Clients will receive consultation reports and recommendations electronically, approximately 2 weeks after we receive the information required, unless otherwise agreed. The client agrees to provide the information required with 3 weeks of the date of purchase.

  4. Payment:

    4.1 Full payment is required in advance for all products and services, including where a payment plan has been agreed. In such instances, an initial deposit of 50% will be taken, with the balance payable prior to the client receiving the product or service.

    4.2 One to One Consultation fees and payment details will be discussed and agreed upon prior to the consultation.

    4.3 Full payment must be made before one to one consultations take place and electronic invoices will be provided.

  5. Confidentiality:

    5.1 Client information shared during online consultations is treated with strict confidentiality.

    5.2 Christine Elizabeth (Feng Shui Lifestyled) will not disclose client information to third parties without explicit consent.

  6. Liability:

    6.1 While our recommendations are rooted in Flying Stars Feng Shui principles, specific outcomes are not guaranteed.

    6.2 Clients are responsible for implementing recommended changes, adhering to health and safety, and recognizing that individual experiences vary.

  7. Cancellation, Refunds and Rescheduling:

    At Christine Elizabeth (Feng Shui Lifestyled) , we strive to provide high-quality products and services tailored to your needs. To maintain the integrity of our bespoke offerings and digital products, we have implemented the following returns policy:

    7.1 If a client wishes to cancel bespoke services, they may do so within 48 hours of their order/booking being received.

    7.2 Clients must reschedule or cancel consultations within 48hrs or their appointment. Failure to do so will result in a penalty fee for the full price of the consultation.

    7.3 As a serviced based company and due to the nature of the work, Christine Elizabeth (Feng Shui Lifestyled) has a ‘no refund’ policy on ebooks and free downloads.

    7.4 A 7-day refund policy is available for online courses. If you are not satisfied with your course purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of the purchase date by contacting info@fengshuilifestyled.com.  Refund requests made after this period will not be processed.

  8. Intellectual Property:

    8.1 All materials, including images, reports and recommendations sold to the client are the intellectual property of Christine Elizabeth (Feng Shui Lifestyled).

    8.2 Clients may not reproduce, distribute or share these materials without explicit permission.

  9. Governing Law:

    9.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

    9.2 Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized UK arbitration organization.

  • Ebooks and Free Downloads: Read thoroughly and apply tips and insights as suitable to the client’s context.

  • Online Courses: Complete modules in the order presented for the best learning experience. Implement suggested practices incrementally.
