Energy Design™ Strategist, Interior Designer, and certified Feng Shui consultant.
I work at the intersection of space, energy, and human potential, helping ambitious women consciously design their environments to hold their biggest life.
Feng Shui is the ancient science behind the work. Interior design is the aesthetic language I speak. Energy Design™ is what happens when you bring both together with intention and embodiment - a modern, design-led approach to an ancient practice, made relevant for the way you actually live today.

My Story
In 2021, during lockdown, I had my son Toby. We both had a tricky start, and what followed was one of the most challenging periods of my life. I felt lost, invisible, and completely disconnected from myself — from my identity, my direction, and any real sense of who I was, or what exactly I was meant to now be doing in my life.
It was during that time, whilst seeking support, that Feng Shui came to my attention through a series of circumstances and synchronicities that, looking back, felt like anything but coincidence.
Sceptical but curious, I began testing the principles.
And what surprised me most wasn't the dramatic changes, it was the undeniable correlation between physically adjusting my space, and the response it had on my mind and body.
Something that had felt stuck for a long time was shifting, and I could feel it.
So I took a leap of faith. I invested in a full home analysis (money I didn't really have at the time), and told nobody, for fear of being judged.
What followed was the most transformative year of my life.
Within weeks I felt calmer. Over the months that followed, my health improved, my finances shifted, the right people began to arrive, and a clear path forward emerged (one I hadn't been able to see before). By the end of 2023, I had retrained, relaunched, and built a business I love, working with women all over the world.
Our environments aren't passive.
But the real revelation wasn't the results. It was the understanding beneath them.
They're active participants in our lives, shaping how we think, feel, make decisions, and what we believe is possible for us every single day. And that when we bring them into conscious alignment with where we're going, and what we want to create, everything changes.
Not by luck. Not by chance. By design.
That understanding is what became Energy Design™. And it's what I'm here to share.
