Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction:

   1.1 Welcome to Christine Elizabeth (FengShui Lifestyled), an online Feng Shui company, specialising in Flying Stars Feng Shui based in the UK and operating globally. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below.

2. Global Online Services:

   2.1 We provide Feng Shui services globally, catering to residential and commercial spaces around the world.

   2.2 Services are conducted remotely, unless otherwise agreed.

   2.3 It is the clients responsibility to provide accurate floor plans and other relevant information necessary for comprehensive analysis’ and this is a requirement of all services.

3. Consultation Process:

   3.1 Our certified Flying Stars Feng Shui practitioners conduct remote services specifically relating to the details of the property provided by the client.

   3.2 Clients will receive consultation reports and recommendations electronically, approximately 2 weeks after we receive the information required, unless otherwise agreed. The client agrees to provide the information required with 3 weeks of the date of purchase.

4. Payment:

   4.1 Full payment is required in advance for all products and services, including where a payment plan has been agreed. In such instances, an initial deposit of 50% will be taken, with the balance payable prior to the client receiving the product or service.

   4.2 One to One Consultation fees and payment details will be discussed and agreed upon prior to the consultation.

   4.3 Full payment must be made before one to one consultations take place and electronic invoices will be provided.

5. Confidentiality:

   5.1 Client information shared during online consultations is treated with strict confidentiality.

   5.2 Christine Elizabeth (FengShui Lifestyled) will not disclose client information to third parties without explicit consent.

6. Liability:

   6.1 While our recommendations are rooted in Flying Stars Feng Shui principles, specific outcomes are not guaranteed.

   6.2 Clients are responsible for implementing recommended changes, adhering to health and safety, and recognizing that individual experiences vary.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

   7.1 Clients may reschedule or cancel consultations with at least 48 hours notice.

   7.2 As a serviced based company and due to the nature of the work, Christine Elizabeth (FengShui Lifestyled) has a ‘no refund’ policy.

8. Intellectual Property:

   8.1 All materials, including images, reports and recommendations sold to the client are the intellectual property of Christine Elizabeth (FengShui Lifestyled).

   8.2 Clients may not reproduce, distribute or share these materials without explicit permission.

9. Governing Law:

   9.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

   9.2 Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized UK arbitration organization.
