Do I need to redecorate?

Not at all. This isn't about replacing what you have. It's about understanding what's already there and working with it much more intentionally.
Does this work remotely?

Yes. Immerse is delivered remotely and works beautifully that way. If an in-person visit feels important though, we can discuss that option too.
What if I rent?

Renting doesn't limit this work at all. Everything is tailored to what's possible within your space, whatever the arrangement.
How much of my time will this take?

There's no rigid timetable. What it does ask for is your engagement: a willingness to reflect, to implement, and to stay in genuine conversation throughout the three months.

I'm an Energy Design™ Strategist, and formally a qualified interior designer, who became obsessed with something most designers don't talk about; the energy of a space, and the profound effect it has on the people living in it.
Through years of working in women's most personal spaces, and navigating my own messy middle, I've learned that a beautiful home isn't enough. Not in today’s fast-paced world. We demand more from our spaces than ever; to be places of work, rest, connection, creativity, and growth (not to mention the backdrop to family life).
