What I discovered, through my own transformation and years of working as a UK based Interior Designer and Feng Shui Consultant, is that the spaces we live and work in are active participants in our lives. Shaping how we think, how we feel, what we believe is possible, and ultimately, the direction our lives take.
That understanding became Energy Design™, a modern, design-informed approach to Feng Shui that's as beautiful as it is transformative.

What is Energy Design?
Most people think of their home as a backdrop to their life.
Energy Design™ says it's the foundation of it.
It begins with Feng Shui; the ancient art and science of energy flow, and the understanding that everything in your environment is communicating something: from the layout of your rooms, the materials you've chosen, the air you're breathing, to the chemical load in your home.
All of it is affecting you, whether you're aware of it or not.
Energy Design™ takes that awareness further.
Into the environmental psychology and science of how your space affects your behaviour, regulates your nervous system, sharpens your cognitive performance, improves your sleep, strengthens your immune system, and shapes the quality of your relationships.
