Why me?
Four years ago, this was me.
Stressed, anxious, overwhelmed, and time-poor.
I’d already downloaded every declutter guide I could find, but none of them touched the real problem - the overwhelm that stopped me before I could even start.
I wanted change, but the thought of decluttering my whole home felt impossible. My mental health was suffering because of it, and I felt alone and unsupported.
With no one to guide me, no support, and no space to be honest about how emotional it can be, even the smallest step felt like climbing a mountain.
That’s why I created this course.
I know what it feels like to want change but to feel paralysed by the size of the task. I know what it’s like when the tears come, when something triggers you, and when you just want to give up. And I also know that decluttering is never just about clearing your home.
It’s about healing yourself. It’s about reclaiming your self-worth. It’s about reclaiming your life.
I’ve been there, and I created this space so that you don’t have to do it alone.
